We are located out on Uttari Road in Kaggalipura. You have to go off Kanakapura Road to find us at K.Ashwath Industrial Estate. We have three units here, numbers 1, 2, and 3. It's a bit of a drive from the main city, but it's quieter this way. At Load Controls India Pvt. Ltd., we've got a lot of space to move around in Survey No.105. Usually, it's just the sound of equipment and people talking about the next task. It's not a flashy place at all. The floors are concrete and there's grease in places you wouldn't expect. We do a lot of work with controls and electrical stuff. Some days are busier than others. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a desk all day. Most of us are out on the floor or checking on a shipment. It's practical work for people who need things to function right. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. The neighbors around the estate know us well enough. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. It’s a straightforward business. We try not to overcomplicate things. If something isn't working, we stay until it is. It's a long day sometimes, but that's how it goes when you're running a shop like this. We usually share a meal around noon and then it's back to the wiring and testing.
