E. S. S Emm Incorporation

Our office is over at 21 Aswini Industrial Estate in Lingarajapuram. It’s tucked away in the St. Thomas Town area. E. S. S Emm Incorporation has been here for a while now. The estate itself is full of different small businesses, so there’s always the sound of trucks or people moving crates around. It’s an industrial spot, so don’t expect anything too pretty. We have a basic office and some storage space. It works for what we do. The street can get a bit narrow when two big vehicles try to pass each other, which happens more often than you'd think. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking the inventory. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s not a high-rise glass building. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’ve got a small team here. We know the neighbors, mostly just saying hello while grabbing tea at the corner. The address says Thomas Town P.O., so that’s where our mail goes. People manage to find us despite the narrow streets. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phones and get the orders out the door. It’s honest work in a busy part of the city.
