Linea Properties Pvt Ltd is based in Horamavu, at 811 on the 1th Cross of the Hormavu Main Road. We are quite close to the SBI Bank branch, which makes it easier for people to find us in this sprawling neighborhood. Horamavu has grown so much lately, and the main road is always a bit chaotic with construction and traffic. Our office is tucked into the 1th Cross, so it’s a bit away from the heaviest noise, but you still hear the bikes going by. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few tables, some chairs, and files piled up in various corners. It’s a practical space for property work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. It isn't a high-end corporate suite, just a place where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of life here. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the area well. We don't really have a set way of doing things other than just handling the paperwork as it arrives. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We usually grab lunch from one of the small eateries nearby on the main road. It is just a normal day at the office. It's a simple life in this part of town.
