Likitha Consultancy

Likitha Consultancy is located on the ground floor over at Madeshwara Layout in RT Nagar. We’re right opposite the Axis Bank ATM, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a small office, nothing too big or loud. We mostly deal with paperwork and giving advice on various projects. People come in with all sorts of questions, and we just try to give them a straight answer. It’s been our spot for a good while now. The neighborhood is busy, but our little corner is usually alright. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team of people in suits. It’s just us sitting at our desks, going through documents and making calls. Sometimes the printer acts up, or the tea runs out, but we get the work done. Being in Bangalore, especially in an area like RT Nagar, means things are always moving fast. We try to keep a steady pace though. We aren't here to promise anything impossible, just to help out with the technical stuff that people find confusing. Most of our day is spent reading through rules or checking plans. It’s practical work. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we know the local way of doing things. If you need to drop off some papers, we are usually there. Just look for the ATM across the street and you’ll see our door. It is a simple setup for simple work.
