If you find yourself on Kanakapura Main Road, you might see the Esturi Tower. We are located there on the first floor, in the Gaikwad Society area. It's at the 17th Cross, so the traffic is usually moving pretty fast right outside our windows. Lg Life Sciences India Pvt Ltd is where we spend our weekdays. The office isn't overly decorated or anything like that. We have our desks, our computers, and the usual office supplies that everyone else has. It is a practical space for the work we do. Most of us have been here long enough that the sounds of the main road just fade into the background. We don't have a big marketing team or people trying to sell things all the time. We are just a group of employees making sure the daily operations run like they are supposed to. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs since we are only on the first floor anyway. It keeps us active. The office layout is simple and we try to keep things where they belong, though it can get a bit messy during the busy seasons. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful whenever someone walks in. It is a standard work environment without any of the extra fluff you find in bigger cities.
