You can find LEROMA STARTCORP PRIVATE LIMITED over at a place called The Gallop. It is situated in Avalahalli Village, which is part of the larger Yalahanka area in Bengaluru. It is a bit of a different feel compared to the middle of the city. Being out in the village area means it is slightly less hectic, though the city is definitely catching up to us. The Gallop is where we have set up our main working space. We have a few rooms where we handle all the different parts of the business. It is not a very tall building, just a sturdy place where we can keep our files and computers safe. We often have the windows open when the weather is nice, although the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. We are just a group of people trying to make this company work from this specific corner of Bangalore. There is no big corporate structure here, just a few of us talking across the desks to get things sorted. We eat our lunch together most days at the big table in the back. It is a practical setup. We do not spend money on things we do not need, so the furniture is simple and the walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars. It is just a straightforward place to work. We spend a lot of time planning and talking through things over tea.
