Leotech is situated at No. 70 on the 2nd Main Road in the Industrial Town area of Rajajinagar, Bangalore. This part of the city is very industrial, as the name suggests. There are lots of small factories and workshops lining the streets. Our building is a bit older, with plenty of character and a few creaky stairs. Inside, it's a hive of activity. We have machines running and people moving parts from one side of the room to the other. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the hum of the machines. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys in the shops on either side of us. Sometimes we borrow tools or help each other out with heavy lifting. The 2nd Main Road can get pretty blocked up with trucks during the day, so we have to plan our pickups carefully. We don't bother with a fancy front office; we'd rather use that space for more equipment. Most of our furniture is a bit worn out, but it’s comfortable. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks to outsiders. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’re just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands and keeping the business going in this busy part of Bangalore. Every day brings a new set of small problems to solve, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
