You can find us over at Ashwath Nagar in Bangalore. We are on the first floor of building 103, which is tucked away in the Coconut Garden area of RMV 2nd Stage. It’s a bit of a residential feel for a software company like Lenvica Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, but we like it that way. E Vairamuthu is usually around handling the main bits of the business. Bangalore traffic is always a headache, so being in this part of the city helps a little, though the commute still takes its toll on everyone. We spend most of our hours staring at screens and trying to figure out why the code isn't doing what it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of quiet work punctuated by the occasional tea break. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of wires everywhere. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria, so we usually just order in or go to the local spots nearby. Being in Coconut Garden sounds more tropical than it actually is, but there are a few trees around which is nice for a change of pace. We have been working on different tech projects for a while now. Some days are long, especially when we have deadlines looming over us, but we get through it. It’s just a bunch of people trying to make software that actually works for whoever needs it. No big speeches, just coding and troubleshooting.
