Ledgers India is set up at 200 Hesargatta Main Road, right near the Subramanyapura Main Road junction. It’s a place that sees a lot of commuters going back and forth every single day. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have some chairs for visitors and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers and making sure everything adds up properly. It’s a lot of sitting and concentrating, so we try to take breaks when we can to stretch our legs. The area around 200 Hesargatta is quite lively, with plenty of small shops and places to grab a quick bite. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We aren't the type to have a big reception desk or a fancy lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us hunched over a desk or filing something away. We keep things pretty informal here. As long as the work gets done and the records are kept straight, we are happy enough. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for it to come back, but that’s just how things go. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know most of the faces that pass by our door. It’s a practical place for a practical kind of job, and we like it that way.
