Leads Animation India Pvt Ltd

Our office is on the second floor at 26/3 Bowring Hospital Road. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s where Leads Animation India Pvt Ltd operates. Downstairs, the street is always crowded because of the hospital and the shops in Basavanagar. Up here, it’s mostly the sound of clicking mice and fans running. We have these big monitors everywhere because that’s what we need for the drawing and the movement stuff. The lighting isn't great, but we prefer it a bit dark so we can see the colors on the screens better. It’s not a corporate place with people in suits. Most of us just wear t-shirts and stay late to finish up a scene or fix a glitch in a character’s movement. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all just sit around talking about movies or what we’re going to eat for lunch. Marine Lines isn't too far away, so some of us walk down there after work. We have a small area where we keep some snacks and a microwave that makes a weird noise. The work is just putting things together frame by frame. It takes a long time and a lot of patience. We just stay focused on the screens and try to get the projects finished by the time the client expects them to be done. It's repetitive but we are used to it by now.
