We go by the name Leading Estate (Sez) Developer. Our address is listed as Bangalore University With First Class. It’s a bit of an unusual way to describe a location, but that’s what is on our records. We are involved in developing Special Economic Zones. It’s a specific kind of work that involves a lot of land and planning. Bangalore is a big city for this kind of development. We’ve spent a lot of time around the university area, which might be why the address is recorded that way. We aren't a huge team with a glossy brochure. We just focus on the development side of things. It’s a lot of dealing with regulations and making sure the land is ready for big projects. The "First Class" part usually refers to grades, but here it’s part of how we’re found. We don't spend much on marketing. Most of our time is spent looking at maps and talking to engineers.
