Laxmi Hardware Laxmi Metal Products Pvt Ltd is down on Killari Road. If you have ever been to the City Market area near Avenue Road, you know how the streets are always full of people and carts. Our place at number 159 is right in that thick of things in Chickpete. It is a busy spot, especially being behind the Mysore Bank Circle. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of hardware and metal stuff. It’s a lot of lifting and moving crates around. The shop is right next to the C B Bhandari School. Sometimes the noise from the school bells and the traffic gets a bit much, but we have been here long enough that we don’t notice it anymore. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we store our metal products and meet with people who need supplies. Usually, it’s just us and a couple of helpers managing the inventory. The air is often a bit heavy with the smell of iron and dust from the road. People stop by because they are already in the market for something else and see our sign. We just try to keep the stock organized so we can find what people ask for without too much delay. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy from morning till the evening when we finally close up the shutters for the day.
