Our shop is situated on Mahatma Gandhi Road at the Konanakunte Cross, specifically in 7B. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days helping people with their contact lenses and other eye-related needs. It’s a practical kind of place. We have the usual equipment for testing and a counter where we keep the different lens brands. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know most of the regular faces who come in for their replacements. MG Road is a long stretch, but being at Konanakunte Cross makes it a bit of a landmark for locals. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive advertisements. Most people just walk in because they were passing by or someone told them about us. The lighting inside is bright because we need to see what we are doing with the lenses. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on Saturday afternoons, but we just take people one by one. It’s a simple retail job and we try to do it right. We keep a stock of the common prescriptions so people don't have to wait too long. The traffic at the cross can be quite loud, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things fair because we know people have a lot of options in the city. Most of our day is spent cleaning lenses and helping folks find a good fit.
