LATTICE SEMICONDUCTOR CORPORATION

Our office is on the 2nd floor of the Ajmera Aditya Summit 3D building. We’re located at 7th C Main in the Koramangala Industrial Area, 3rd Block. Being in Koramangala means there’s always something happening outside, and the lunch spots are pretty good too. LATTICE SEMICONDUCTOR CORPORATION is where we spend our days dealing with tech and chips. It’s not a factory floor, but it’s still a place of work. We have rows of desks, plenty of computer screens, and usually a few coffee mugs scattered around. It’s a bit of a tech-heavy environment, as you’d expect. We aren't really the type to wear suits and ties every day. We prefer being comfortable while we work through whatever technical issues are on the table. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when we’re all debating a project, but it’s all in good spirits. We don't really have a big public-facing storefront since most of what we do is behind the scenes. We just focus on getting the chips and the software right. There’s a lot of focus on the details here, which can be tiring, but it's what we do. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing. We just talk like normal people and try to get the tasks done before the day ends. It’s a solid team and we’ve been at this for a while now in this neighborhood.
