Larsen And Toubro Ltd, Ecc-Division

Our office is at 161, Fifth A Main in Sector A of Yelhanka New Town. It’s a quiet enough street most days here in Bangalore-64. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time, handling various bits of the Ecc-Division’s work for Larsen And Toubro Ltd. There’s a lot of coming and going with the engineers and the site supervisors. You can usually find a stack of files on every desk. We aren't big on fancy office furniture; we just need a desk that works and a decent internet connection. The mornings are usually the busiest when we’re all trying to get the day’s orders out. We grab tea from the stall nearby and get right to it. It’s a decent walk from the main bus stand, but most of us have bikes anyway. We handle a lot of the technical side of the construction projects from here. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in for a meeting, but we make it work. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we moved in, but we’re still here doing the same kind of stuff. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for anything flashy. Just a group of people making sure the local projects stay on track and the paperwork is filed where it belongs. That is how things usually go at this Yelhanka branch.
