Lanso Ventures operates out of the Century Building on Richmond Road. We are right in the heart of the city, near the Lifestyle showroom, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. This part of Bangalore is always buzzing with shoppers and office workers. Our office is a straightforward workspace where we manage our various business ventures. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on the computer, just keeping everything organized. Richmond Road can be a nightmare for parking, but being so central makes it easy for people to reach us by public transport. The building itself has been around for a while, and we like the feel of it. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup. We don't have any polished corporate receptionists; usually, whoever is nearest the door just says hello. Our work involves a lot of planning and looking at different opportunities, so there’s always a bit of a buzz in the room. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because the work itself can be quite demanding. Sometimes we stay late when things are busy, and other times it’s a bit more slow-paced. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that handles its business reliably. It’s a solid place to work from, and we’ve grown quite fond of the local food spots nearby for our lunch breaks.
