L&T Rmc-6, Sarjapur, Bangalore

We are located in Bangalore over at the K.B. Nanjappa Building. The door number is 342 and we are right on Kamadenu Road in Udayanagar. This is where we handle the RMC-6 operations for the Sarjapur area. If you know Bangalore, you know the traffic on this side of town can be a real headache. We spend a lot of our time just looking at the clock and hoping the trucks get through the congestion. The building itself is just a standard place, nothing too special to look at. We are on the ground floor mostly, dealing with the daily grind of concrete and scheduling. Udayanagar is a busy neighborhood and there is always something happening right outside our door. We have a small crew here and everyone knows their role. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk about goals or visions. We just want to get the mix right and get it to the site on time. The weather in Bangalore is usually good which helps, but the rain can really mess up a delivery day. We drink a lot of tea and wait for the reports to come in. It is a very practical way to spend a day. We are just local people trying to keep things running smoothly in a very crowded city. It’s noisy and busy but it’s our job.
