L&T-Ecc

Over here at 3539, 2nd Cross in Indiranagar, things stay pretty busy. Being in HAL 2nd Stage means we are right in the middle of everything Bangalore has to offer. This L&T-Ecc branch is where we manage a lot of the coordination for the projects around this side of town. The office itself is tucked into a bit of a quieter lane compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to read blueprints. We have some plants in the corner that we forget to water sometimes, and the whiteboards are usually covered in scribbles that only we understand. It is a working space, not a showroom. You’ll find boots near the door and safety vests hanging on the back of chairs because people are always heading out to sites. We don’t spend much time on fancy decor or making things look polished for visitors. Most of our day is spent on the phone or staring at spreadsheets to make sure things are on track. The power goes out once in a while, so we have a routine for that too. The neighbor has a dog that barks at the courier guys, which is how we know our mail has arrived. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for the long afternoons when the lunch break feels like a distant memory. It is a bit cramped when the site managers come in for meetings, but we just pull up extra stools and get on with it. It is just a regular office doing regular, heavy work every single day.
