L&T Ecc

Our office for L&T Ecc is located at No. 001 in the Aradhana Apartments. This is in the 600087 area of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit different than a standard commercial block. It is a bit more personal, I guess. You see the same people coming and going every day. We are on the ground floor, which makes things easy when we have to move stuff in or out. The apartment complex is fairly quiet, which we like because it helps us concentrate on the things that need to be handled. Chennai weather is always something we have to deal with, so the air conditioning is probably the most important thing in the room. We have our files stacked up and our computers ready to go first thing in the morning. It's not a huge space, but it fits us just fine. We don't really have a reception desk or a waiting room. People who come here usually know what they are looking for and we just talk to them right there. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at our reports. It's a very straightforward operation. We like the neighborhood because there are some good tea shops nearby for our morning breaks. It is just a small team of us working through the week and trying to stay on top of all the various tasks.
