Lanco Infratech Ltd

Down in Kerala, you can find our Lanco Infratech Ltd office at Devi Nivas in Churathumukku. We’re located in the Vallikkode post office area of Palakkad district. It’s a beautiful part of the country, and our office sits right in the middle of it. The building itself is called Devi Nivas, and it’s been our home for the local operations for quite some time. It’s a bit quieter here than some of our other offices in the bigger cities, which is a nice change of pace. We mostly deal with the engineering and management side of the local infrastructure projects we have going on in the state. The team here is pretty tight-knit, and most of us live nearby, so there’s a real sense of community in the office. We don't have a big corporate setup; it’s more like a functional workspace where we can sit down and solve problems. You’ll see a lot of site maps on the walls and plenty of files on the desks. We spend our days making sure the construction work is following the plans and that everything is on schedule. The pace is steady, and we try to keep things simple and honest. We’re not into big fancy presentations; we’d rather just talk through the issues and get things fixed. It’s a practical way to work, and being in Vallikkode allows us to stay close to the actual project sites while having a decent place to handle the paperwork.
