Lakshmi Precision Plastics Pvt Ltd

We run Lakshmi Precision Plastics Pvt Ltd from the first floor of Society No-4 in the Vijayanagar North area, specifically at 39142. This is not a big, modern factory you might imagine. It is more of a practical workspace where we focus on making various plastic components. The machines we use are quite old and they make a lot of noise throughout the entire day. We have big plastic bins filled with small parts sitting in almost every corner of the room. Since it is mostly industrial work, the place isn't very clean and there is always a faint smell of warm plastic in the air. We have been working out of this same building for several years now. My brother is the one who handles all the accounts and paperwork while I stay on the floor to look after the actual production. We have a small group of workers who have been with us since we first opened. We don't have a fancy reception or a waiting area for guests. If you decide to come by, you will likely just see us in our dusty work clothes. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit steep and narrow. We mostly deal with specific orders for other local businesses in the city. It is very straightforward and repetitive work. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to stay late to fix it ourselves. We usually drink our coffee in a tiny corner near the window.
