At Lakshmi Nirman Pvt Ltd, we operate out of N. Padmini Chethan Nilaya. The building is located on 4Th `A` Main B Cross, right near Kalyan Nagar and the Nagarbhavi Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a pretty active area with a lot of traffic passing by on the main road, but once you turn into the cross, it gets a bit quieter. Our office is set up in a way that’s very practical. We have some sturdy wooden desks, a few old filing cabinets, and calendars pinned to the walls to keep track of everything. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the ceiling fan humming all afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by the office to discuss business. The staff here are mostly locals who know the Nagarbhavi area inside out. We usually take our lunch breaks together or grab a quick bite from the street vendors nearby. The building itself is easy to spot if you know the landmark, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate-looking. It’s just a regular workspace where we put in our hours and try to keep things organized. There’s always a bit of dust from the road, but we just wipe it off and keep going with our work.
