Lakshmi Nirman Pvt Ltd is our company. We are located at 15 Mahathma Gandhi Road, specifically in the Srikantan Layout area near High Grounds on Cresecnt Road. It’s a pretty central spot, though the traffic on MG Road can be a real pain during the rush hours. We’ve been working out of this office for a good number of years. Most of our time is spent on construction projects. It involves a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure materials get to where they need to be. We aren't the type to sit around in suits all day. You’re more likely to find us with a bit of mud on our clothes or checking on a site somewhere nearby. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work. We handle the paperwork here at the office, but the real action is out there where the foundations are being poured. We know the layout of this city pretty well by now. Being near High Grounds means we are close to a lot of the older parts of town. We just focus on getting the buildings done right. It’s a steady job and we have a small, dedicated team. We don't go in for big advertisements. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at a site. It's a simple way to run a business but it works for us and our families. We just keep our heads down and get the job done as best as we can every single day.
