Lakshara Restaurant

Lakshara Restaurant is located out on Sholapur Road in Naigaon, at number 100, within the Electronic City area. It’s an area dominated by big buildings and lots of industrial traffic. Our restaurant is a bit more humble than the glass offices you see nearby. We’ve been here for a while, serving the people who work in the local factories and offices. The day starts early for us, getting the kitchen prepped and the tables wiped down. Sholapur Road is quite a dusty stretch, so it feels like we’re always cleaning something. The food we make is simple and meant to fill you up. We don’t have a massive menu or anything complicated. It’s just standard stuff that people like to eat every day. The dining area is basic, with plain chairs and tables that have seen a lot of use. Sometimes the power goes out in Naigaon and we have to manage with whatever light we can get. It’s just part of being in this part of town. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from serving to cleaning. We know a lot of the drivers and workers who stop by regularly. They don’t want anything fancy, just a decent plate of food and a place to sit for thirty minutes. We’ve been at number 100 for a long time now and we’ve become a regular part of the landscape here.
