Labtch/Plinning Asst/Qc Exuq

This is a bit of a mixed role here in the Koratagere taluk of Tumkur. We are located out in Mallekavu, near the Durga Vi area. The work involves a bit of everything, from lab tech duties to planning and quality control. It is a lot for one place to handle, but we manage. The surroundings here are quite rural, which is nice because it is quieter than being in the middle of a big city. We have a small facility where we do our checks and keep the records. Sometimes the road out here gets a bit rough after a heavy rain, so getting supplies can take a little longer than we want. Our team is just a few local people who know the area. We don't have fancy titles that mean much outside of this building. Each morning we check the schedule and see what needs the most attention. Sometimes the equipment is temperamental and we have to spend half the morning fixing a sensor or cleaning a filter. We don't have a big corporate budget for new things every year. We make do with what we have and keep things running as long as possible. It is practical work. We don't talk about grand visions or anything. We just want to make sure the quality is right and the planning for the next week is done. It is just how we get by here in Tumkur, and we're okay with that.
