L & W Construction Private Limited

If you come to see us at L & W Construction Private Limited, you’ll need to go to the 3rd Floor of Pentaford Tower. We are right on Langford Road, which is almost always jammed with cars and buses during the rush hours. The building has an elevator that sometimes takes its time, so some of us just take the stairs to the third floor to save a few minutes. Our office is a mix of desks, computer screens, and stacks of site reports that never seem to get any smaller no matter how much we work. There is a constant hum from the air conditioning, but you can still hear the horns honking from the street below. We have a lot of people coming and going, mostly engineers and guys from the various sites we are managing. The floor is usually a bit dusty from people bringing in dirt on their boots, but that’s construction for you. We don't spend much money on fancy furniture; we’d rather have good computers and strong coffee to keep us going. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes ordered from the small shops nearby or brought from home in steel tiffins. We’ve been in Pentaford Tower for a good while, and the security guards downstairs know all our names and when we usually arrive. It is a busy office where we try to stay on top of everything happening out on the field. It’s just plain work.
