L & T

We are L & T and we are based out of Bangalore. It is a city that is always moving, maybe a bit too fast for most people sometimes. Our spot is just one of many in this big town. We show up every morning, do the work, and then we try to beat the heavy traffic home at the end of the day. It is not a very complicated setup we have here. We have our computers and our coffee and we try our best to keep things organized so nothing gets lost. Some of us have been working here for many years, while others are newer to the team, but we all just get along and do what needs doing. It is a practical kind of place. You won't find any glossy brochures or people in expensive suits giving long presentations. We talk like normal people and deal with problems as they come up. Bangalore is a massive place, but our little corner feels pretty manageable once you are inside and settled. The weather is usually alright, which really helps when the workday gets a bit long and tiring. We do not have a lot of fancy rules about how things look, as long as the job gets finished properly and on time. It is just us, working away in the city. No big mission statements, just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day. If you need us, we are right here. We do not spend much time worrying about being "the best," we just try to be useful.
