We are located down in the Kanyakui District. It’s right at the southern tip of the country, so we get some interesting weather and a lot of wind coming off the sea. Our setup here is pretty straightforward. We don't have a giant office building with a glass front. Instead, we work out of a modest space that fits what we need for the day-to-day tasks. Most of our time is spent dealing with the local projects in the district. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials arrive on time. The roads can be a bit tricky around here, so logistics is always a bit of a puzzle. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a while. We aren't interested in being the loudest or biggest name around. We just want to get the work done without any trouble. It’s a quiet life for the most part, aside from when a big project is in the middle of a deadline. Then it gets a bit hectic. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours looking at blueprints and spreadsheets. It’s basic, honest work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just live and work here in the district and try to do right by the jobs we take on. That is pretty much our daily routine.
