L & S Design Concepts Pvt Ltd is located at number 21 on 12th Cross in Indira Nagar, 1st Stage. Being in Indira Nagar means there is always something going on outside. The traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have our computers and a big table in the middle where we spread out our plans. It gets pretty messy during a big project. There are pens and rulers everywhere. We don't spend much time cleaning up until the job is actually done. It is a bit chaotic, but we manage to find what we need. We are a small group of people who just enjoy the process of putting concepts together. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person at the front door. Usually, you just knock and one of us will look up from a screen. We have a small balcony where we go to get away from the screens for a bit. It overlooks the street, which is good for people-watching. We work hard, but we don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just work. We like being in this area because everything is close by, even if it is a bit loud sometimes. We handle the daily tasks as they come and try to stay on top of everything.
