You can find us at No 72, on 3rd Main in the 2nd Stage Industrial Suburb of Yeshwantpur. KWK Resistors India Private Limited is situated right in the middle of a very busy part of town. There are always people moving about and the noise from the nearby shops and factories is constant. Our building is a simple structure that’s been here for years. Inside, it’s mostly workspace with a small area for the administrative side of things. We focus on resistors and everything that goes along with that. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over again to make sure everything is right. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. We usually take our lunch breaks together in the small breakroom. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the traffic on the main road, but we like being in Yeshwantpur. There’s a lot of energy in this industrial suburb. Sometimes we have to deal with shipments arriving late or the rain making the road a mess, but that’s just part of being here. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the orders. The desks are covered in papers and coffee mugs. We just keep moving forward with the daily tasks and make sure the gate is locked properly at night. We’ve had the same delivery driver for three years now and he always stops for a chat.
