Kunal International

Our office is up on the first floor of Lucky Paradise, right in the 3rd Block of Jayanagar. If you know the 22nd Cross and 8th Main area, you know it gets quite busy around here with all the traffic and people walking by. At Kunal International, we spend most of our time on the phone or looking at shipping papers. Dealing with international trade means we are often working across different time zones, so the lights stay on late sometimes. It is a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from packing samples to checking on customs documents. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We don’t have a flashy showroom or anything like that because most of our work happens behind the scenes or over the computer. It’s mostly about making sure goods get from one place to another without getting stuck somewhere. We deal with suppliers and buyers, trying to keep everyone happy by just being honest about what’s happening with their orders. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to figure out why. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
