Kumar Group Total Designs

At Kumar Group Total Designs, we spend most of our days sketching and looking at site plans. We are located at 210 on the 5th Main Road in Vijaya Nagar 2nd Stage. It’s a nice neighborhood, usually pretty quiet except for the usual street noises and the occasional temple festival. We’ve been here for a bit, doing all kinds of design work for locals. People come in with an idea for a house or a renovation and we try to put it on paper for them. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the client wants one thing and the space allows for something else entirely. We just talk through it and figure out a plan that actually works. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place to work and meet people. You’ll see plenty of rolls of paper and samples lying around everywhere. We don't use big words to explain what we do. We just draw and design based on what’s needed. Being in Vijaya Nagar makes it easy for local folks to drop in and see how things are going. We are usually here from morning until the evening. If we aren't at the desk, we are probably out at a site checking on how the build is going compared to our original drawings. It is a lot of back and forth, really. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the measurements are right.
