Kumar Builders has its office at No. 10/12 on 13th Main in Vasanth Nagar. We are right on Palace Road, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it’s home to us. We handle all sorts of building projects around Bangalore. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a team of people trying to sell you things. Usually, you just talk to the person in charge or whoever is at the desk that day. Our office is full of old files and maps of the city. Vasanth Nagar is a nice area, quite central, so it’s convenient for getting around to different sites. We’ve seen the city change from a quiet place to what it is now. We just keep doing our work the way we always have. We don't bother with fancy websites or social media much. We’d rather spend that time on the site making sure the bricks are laid right. It’s a hands-on job and we don't mind getting our hands dirty. If you need to find us, just look for the 13th Main sign. We’re usually here from morning until evening, unless we’re out checking on a project. It’s a basic way to run a business but it has worked for our family for years.
