We are situated in the National Games Village area, specifically in the Ganga Block at Neelasandra. Our door number is 620. If you’ve been around NGV, you know it’s a big complex with lots of different buildings and people always coming and going. Our office is a straightforward space. We’ve got our files organized—mostly—and a few chairs for visitors to Kudva And Associates. We’ve been working together as associates for a long time. Our daily routine involves a lot of reading, checking facts, and writing things down. It’s the kind of work that doesn't get much attention, but it needs to happen. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just a few of us in a quiet room trying to get through the list of things we have to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the building. We know our neighbors and the security guards by name. It feels like a small community inside a big city. People usually call us first before coming over because we might be out at a meeting or handling something at another office. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell people what we can do and how long it will take. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us for years now in this part of town.
