Kshema Mind Care

Kshema Mind Care is located on Chellaghetta Road, right near the Kengeri area. We are specifically at Bhimanakuppa Cross in St Thomas Nagar. One of the easiest ways to find us is by looking for the BMTC Bus Depo nearby, which makes it easy for people taking public transport to reach us. Kumbalgodu is a bit on the outskirts, so it feels a bit different from the crowded city center. Our building at No. 716 is a simple place. We deal with mental health care, so we try to keep the inside as calm as we can, even if the buses outside are making noise. It’s a plain building with a few rooms for consultations and waiting. We don’t have a big reception staff or a fancy waiting lounge. It’s just a place where people come to talk and get help with what’s on their mind. The area around here is developing fast, with more shops and houses popping up every year. Sometimes the dust from the road construction is a bit much, but we keep the windows shut to keep it quiet. We are usually here from morning until the evening, seeing people who come in from all over Kengeri and the surrounding villages. It’s a basic setup because we prefer to spend our time on the actual care rather than the look of the office. We try to keep it grounded and useful for everyone.
