Kshema Industries

Working in Peenya Industrial Area means you get used to the sound of metal and machinery early in the morning. Kshema Industries is over on 9th Main, Phase-3, specifically at number 15 in the Durgalamma Layout. It is a busy part of the city for people who actually make things. Our shop is on the 2nd Cross, and it stays pretty active from Monday to Saturday. There is always a bit of oil on the floor or a layer of dust on the workbenches, no matter how much we clean. That is just the nature of industrial work. We have our machines lined up, and each one has its own quirks that only the guys working here really understand. It can get pretty hot inside during the middle of the day, so we usually keep the big front doors open to get a breeze. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings; we just look at the drawings and get to work on the pieces. Sometimes we have to wait for materials to arrive, which gives us a chance to catch up or fix a tool that’s been acting up. The neighborhood is full of other shops just like ours, so there is always a lot of movement on the street. It’s a grit-and-hard-work kind of place. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and finishing the batches on time for our customers.
