Krupa Developers

We are located on the ground floor at Number 17, 4th C Cross in Seethappa Layout. It’s in the Manorayana Pallaya area of Bangalore. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for folks to just walk in and talk to us. Krupa Developers has been around this part of Karnataka for a while. We focus on local development projects, mostly around the city. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of maps of the local plots on the walls. Bangalore is growing so fast, so there is always something new to look at. We aren't one of those massive developers with huge billboards everywhere. We’re more of a local operation. We know the streets and the neighborhoods around here really well. Sometimes we’re out on a site and the office is locked up, but usually, one of us is around to answer the phone. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with the city offices. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’re used to it. We don't have any corporate mission statements posted on the walls. We just want to get the houses or buildings finished so people can move in. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in a busy city like this. Most people who come here are just looking for a bit of land or a place to stay.
