Kristal Group

We’re set up at the Kristal Tavern Office, right out on the Outer Ring Road. This part of Ambalapura Village has changed a lot since we first moved in. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s a lot more traffic and development going on all around us. Being part of the Kristal Group, we needed a place that was easy for people to find, and being on the main road helps with that. The office isn't anything to brag about, just a functional space where we handle our day-to-day tasks. We have a few rooms here for different parts of the business. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in if we leave the windows open too long, but you get used to it. There’s a lot of energy in this area with all the growth happening in Bangalore-37. We see a lot of people passing through for work. Inside, we keep things pretty casual. We don't have a strict dress code or anything like that. We just want to get the work done and go home to our families. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have meetings at the Tavern spot. It’s a busy location, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the local scenery now. Just a regular bunch of people working near the ring road. It gets the job done for us.
