Our office is currently located with Mrs. Mahalakshmi over at 9A on the 9th Cross. It’s right in the S B I Colony in the Chamundi Pura part of J P Nagar. Being in this residential area gives it a much different feel than those big glass buildings downtown. It feels more like a home. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors in the 560 078 zip code are used to seeing us coming and going. The Kristal Group operates out of this space, and it’s actually quite nice to be away from the main road noise. There’s a bit of a garden out front that Mrs. Mahalakshmi keeps up, which is a nice touch. When you walk in, it’s just a regular setup with computers and files everywhere. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a little bit. It’s the kind of place where you hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We’ve got plenty of light coming through the windows. It’s a practical spot for us to handle our business. People usually call before they come over because it’s a bit hidden if you don't know the 9th Cross well. It’s just our little base of operations here in Bangalore. We like it quiet.
