Our office is at 23 Raghavendra Colony. We are on the 4th Cross, which is very close to Christ The King School. This is in Bangalore, Karnataka, 560 016. Kristai Developers Pvt Ltd has been operating from here for a while. It is a decent spot, easy for people to find once they get into the colony. We do a lot of development work. Our days are filled with meetings and looking over blueprints. Being near the school means it gets a bit noisy in the afternoons, but we don't mind. It feels like a real community. We aren't some giant firm with a glass building. We are just local developers working out of a regular building. We have a handful of staff members who handle the site visits and the office work. We focus on the practical side of building homes and spaces. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors, other times it is just us and the paperwork. We keep things pretty simple here. No big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to people about what they want and try to figure out how to build it. It is steady work. We have stayed at this address because it works for us and our clients know where to find us. We just come in, do the job, and go home like everyone else.
