Krishnan Associates

We are tucked away in Orbit Industrial Estate, specifically at unit 36. Narasimharaja Colony is a bit out of the way for some, but it works for us. Krishnan Associates has been here since the building was newer. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and people loading things. Our space is pretty basic. We have some sturdy desks and a water cooler that makes a loud gulping sound. The air is always a bit metallic because of the other shops nearby. We don’t have fancy signs or anything. Just the name on the door. Most days we are just sitting here going through documents or talking on the phone. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open, even if it’s noisy. Orbit Industrial Estate is a practical place. People here just want to get their work done and go home. We see the same faces every day at the little food stall near the gate. It isn't a place for tourists, that's for sure. The floor is concrete and we’ve got some plants that are barely hanging on. It’s a living. We keep things organized the best we can, though papers tend to pile up by the end of the week. There’s a cat that hangs around outside unit 36 sometimes. It’s just a normal workplace in a busy industrial patch of the city.
