We have our setup at No.29 in the SSI Area, 3rd Cross, 5th Block. Being right behind Ram Kumar Mills and near the Vandana Shopping Centre in Rajaji Nagar means there’s always people and traffic around our building. Krishna Lamicoat (p) Ltd. is a place where we do a lot of paper coating and lamination work. The machines make a constant humming sound all day, which we’ve all grown accustomed to. Our warehouse is usually stacked high with rolls of paper and finished products waiting to be shipped out. It’s a busy environment, and we have to stay on our toes to make sure everything is running right. The neighborhood is a mix of old industrial spots and newer shopping areas, so it’s an interesting place to be located. We aren't big on formal meetings or corporate talk. Usually, we just chat over a cup of tea in the morning about what needs to be done that day. Sometimes a machine acts up and we have to spend hours fixing it, which is just part of the job. We don't have any flashy slogans or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people who know where to find us in Rajaji Nagar. We just try to do our bit and keep the machines running so the orders get out on time.
