Krishna Gadenia Builders & Developers is based at number 559 on Adi Shankaracharya Marg, right in the RMV 2nd Stage area. It’s a pretty part of the city, with a bit more space than the older neighborhoods. Our office is usually filled with rolls of paper and samples of floor tiles that people have left behind. We spend most of our time out on the roads, visiting different construction sites or meeting with the people who provide our bricks and timber. Building a house takes a long time, and there are always problems that pop up, like the rain starting just when you’re about to pour the concrete. We try to handle those things as they come. We aren't fancy developers with glass offices. Our desks are usually dusty from the site visits. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Most of us have been working in construction for a long time, so we know the local rules and the best places to get materials. It is not a fast-paced life, but it is busy in its own way. We like being in RMV because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We just focus on getting the structures built and making sure they don't leak when the monsoon hits. It is a lot of coordination with contractors and laborers, and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
