Our setup is over in Vidhaya Ranyapuram, specifically in the Puttachannapa Layout area. It's a bit of a quieter spot compared to the busier parts of Bangalore, which we actually prefer for getting our paperwork done. We have been working on housing and infrastructure stuff for quite some time now and our office at C3Eh No2 is where everything gets coordinated. Most days, the place is filled with maps and project files spread out over the old wooden desks. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it works for us and the crew. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking to get their projects moving forward. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings popping up every year. We see the same faces every morning when we grab tea from the stall nearby before settling in for the day’s tasks. Handling construction work in Bangalore-94 means dealing with a lot of different people and sometimes the logistics can be a real headache, especially with the road conditions during monsoon season. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us here trying to make sure the work gets done right and on time. We usually stay late most evenings just to finish up the day's logs and prepare everything for the next morning.
