Our office is located in Rayammarakkr, which is in the Trichur district of Kerala. We’ve been here for a long time, working on housing and infrastructure. It’s a beautiful part of the world, but the rain here can really slow things down when you are trying to build. We have a simple setup where we keep our tools and our records. You won’t find any shiny logos or fancy furniture here. It’s just a place where we sit down to figure out the next steps for whatever project we are currently handling. We do a lot of work in the local area, so we know the roads and the people pretty well. Trichur has a certain way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work within that over the years. We spend many of our mornings talking to local laborers and checking on materials. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, and we have to spend the afternoon trying to sort out a mess. That’s just the nature of the construction business in Kerala. We don’t try to act like we are some big shot company from the city. We are just local guys who know how to get things built. Our office is usually open early, and there is always someone around to talk if you have a question about a project. We keep it honest and try to do a decent job every day.
