Our place is located in Banashankari, right near the petrol bunk in Hoskarhalli. It’s No-770 Neena Krishana in the 2nd Phase, 7th Block. If you’re from around here, you know how the traffic can get on this side of Bangalore, especially near the 3rd Stage. We spend a lot of our time dealing with that when we have to go out to look at new construction spots. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some tables for the drawings and a spot to make tea for whoever comes in to talk about their house plans. We’ve been here for some years now and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. A lot more buildings are going up every year. It feels like there is always noise from somewhere nearby, but we’re used to it. We deal with all the typical stuff like getting the right materials delivered and making sure the labor shows up on time. It isn’t always easy, especially when it rains and everything turns into a bit of a mess. We just take it day by day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork or to talk through a problem on a project. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized so the buildings get finished. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the regular work of construction that needs doing in a city that’s growing as fast as this one is.
