Our office is located at Rajaji Nagar in Bangalore. Sateesh Patil and P. Manjunath set things up here in the II Stage, on II Main. If you know Bangalore, you know the Rajaji Nagar area is quite established. We are a project management consultancy, but that just means we spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to contractors. The office is a bit of a mix of things. We have got some old filing cabinets and some newer computers. It is not a shiny glass tower. It’s a real place where people actually work. We usually have the windows open to let in the breeze, even if it brings in the sound of the traffic. Bangalore weather is usually good to us, so we don't complain much. We have a lot of maps and charts pinned to the walls. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We drink a lot of local coffee throughout the day. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We don't go for big presentations. We just sit down with the clients and talk through what needs to happen. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office sometimes. We just focus on the projects and try to keep everything on track. It is enough to keep us going for a long time.
