We are right on the Dev Sangra Main Road, basically sitting across from the Bank of Baroda. There is the Venugapala Swamy Temple nearby too, so it’s easy to find the landmark. If you miss it the first time, just remember we are opposite the Bank of Baroda. The smell of sawdust is always in the air here. It gets on your clothes and in your hair, but you get used to it after a week. We’ve got stacks of wood everywhere, different types and sizes just waiting to be used for something. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. Tools are lying around on the benches and there’s always a project half-finished in the corner. We don't have a fancy showroom. You just walk in and see what we’re working on. Most days it’s just the sound of the saws and the hammers going. It’s hard work and your back hurts by the end of the day, but seeing a pile of timber turn into something useful is okay. We’ve been at this spot in KR Puram for a long time. People know they can find us here if they need some wood or some repairs done. We don't do much advertising. The neighbors just tell each other about us. It's a simple way to run a business.
