Over here in Kr Puram, we run Goodwill Commtrades Pvt. Ltd. It’s a straightforward operation where we deal with trade and commerce stuff every day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how things go. We deal with various goods and shipments, making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. Kr Puram is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the phones and checking ledgers. It's mostly just about keeping the books balanced and making sure the orders are right. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People know where we are if they need us. Sometimes the tea lady comes around and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We have some stacks of boxes in the corner and a few desks that have seen better days. It's a practical setup. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. If a problem comes up, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted out. Business can be slow some weeks and then incredibly busy the next, but that’s just how trading goes. We keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever needs doing at the moment.
