You’ll find KPS INDUSTRIES at No. 106 in the Industrial Suburb of Yeswanthpur 2nd Stage. It’s situated right off Tumkur Road in Bengaluru, so the local traffic is always a major topic of conversation among us. The building itself is a very simple industrial unit, with nothing flashy or modern about it. We spend our days mostly on the work floor or at the old wooden desks tucked away in the back corner. It’s the kind of place where everyone wears old, comfortable shoes because you’re on your feet for most of the shift. We don’t have a slick website or a team of people in expensive suits. We’re just a local business trying to make a living and do a decent job for the people who come to see us. Bengaluru is known as a tech city, but out here in Yeswanthpur, it’s still very much about manufacturing and getting your hands dirty. We’ve been in this spot long enough to watch the city expand all around us. We have our daily routines—starting with coffee, checking the machines, and then settling in for a long afternoon of work. We don't talk about being leaders in the industry or anything like that. We just focus on the specific job we have to do that day. Sometimes the power flutters or the rain is so loud on the roof that you can't hear yourself think, but that’s just part of life in the suburb. We’re just a bunch of workers doing what we know.
